The embed shows a blank box or “Embed cannot be displayed”
Notion only loads embeds on pages that are Published to web. Open the Notion page → Share → Publish → toggle on. Make sure “Allow embedding” is on as well. The tracker iframe will start loading the next time a visitor opens the page.
I added a Notion page but it doesn’t appear in my dashboard
Click Sync pages in the dashboard. PageInsight only syncs pages your Notion integration has been granted access to — when you create a new top-level page, you sometimes need to share it with the integration explicitly. Reconnect Notion if pages are still missing after a sync.
The tracker is active but no views are coming in
Notion lazy-loads embedded iframes — they only fire when scrolled into view. If your tracker is at the bottom of a long page and your readers bounce before scrolling, they will not be counted. PageInsight inserts the embed near the top of the page on activation, so this should be rare. If you moved the embed lower yourself, drag it back up.
I revoked Notion access for some pages but they still show in my list
Click Sync pages once. PageInsight removes pages that are no longer shared with the integration on the next sync. The trackers and historical data for those pages are deleted along with them.
Bulk enable says some pages failed
The most common reason is a plan limit. Free includes 1 tracker, Pro includes 10, Team includes 50. Upgrade from the Billing page or disable trackers you no longer need.
I want a refund or to cancel
Cancel from the Billing page — your subscription continues to the end of the current period, no auto-renewal. For refunds (14-day no-questions on first charge, prorated after), email support@pageinsight.satosushi.co from your account email.
I want to delete my account or export my data
Email support@pageinsight.satosushi.co from your account email. We delete the profile, all trackers, and all collected analytics events within 7 days.
